With decades of execution experience across banks, elite boutiques and professional service firms on both sides of the Atlantic
Floris Hovingh is a capital advisory specialist with over 25 years of experience structuring debt and hybrid capital solutions for companies navigating complex capital decisions, from high‑growth platforms to large corporates pursuing balance sheet optimisation.
He founded and led Perella Weinberg’s EMEA Debt Advisory team for 4 years before establishing Streif Capital Partners. He was previously Partner & Founder of Deloitte’s Alternative Capital Solutions practice, which he built and led from 2008 to 2020, where he became a recognised voice of private capital raisings through its evolution to mainstream. Floris began his career in leveraged finance at HBOS and NIBC in London, formative years that gave him an underwriter’s read on credit and a sharp sense of what wins approval.
He brings a decades-long track record executing cross-border transactions (often multi-layered) across the full product spectrum, whether negotiating new capital raises or amending existing debt facilities. In recent years, he has been heavily involved in digital infrastructure capital raisings. Underpinning this is a global network of senior relationships across banks and alternative non-bank capital, built across 25 years and tested through three cycles.
Nedim Music is a co-founder of Streif Capital Partners, an investment banker with 20 years of international experience, primarily advising on capital raises and debt renegotiations across Europe, the Americas, Asia, and Africa, totalling in excess of $10 billion.
Nedim specialises in complex, cross-border financings and strategic capital solutions, with deep expertise across the full capital structure: from senior debt to preferred equity. He maintains dialogue with more than 400 financing sources globally, including private debt funds, commercial banks, and family offices.
Previously Nedim served as CEO of Olympia Capital Partners and before that he was Managing Director at Deloitte Corporate Finance in New York, where he established and led the cross-border capital advisory team, following senior roles in London and Amsterdam. Beyond advisory, Nedim brings hands-on operational experience as a Chief Restructuring Officer/interim CFO, and board member across multiple companies, and has co-founded several businesses himself, giving him a founder’s instinct and an operator’s lens that few bankers bring to the table.
Raising capital well requires more than running a process. It relies on judgement, credit positioning, market intelligence, competitive tension, disciplined negotiation and timing
Reading what others miss
Shaping the story and building the proof points
Knowing where appetite sits and on which terms
Building leverage before you need it
Knowing when to push and when to close
Where market conditions and momentum converge
Six values that define how we work and who we are
Our approach is structured and data driven to deliver sharper pricing, more flexible structures shaped around business needs and certainty of execution
Often companies raise the debt they know how to raise. We raise the debt instrument that is right for the situation
A lender who has to work out your credit story will fill the gaps with scepticism. We make sure there are no gaps
The borrower stops being the least experienced party in the room
A lender with no competition has no reason to sharpen their pencil. We make sure they always have one
Every borrower has a finite amount of negotiating capital. We know exactly where to spend it
The lender relationship that survives the deal is worth more than the basis points you saved by pushing too hard
When you advocate for a deal to your board, having an independent senior view that can provide market context and comparables, changes the conversation entirely
A CFO who spends six months running a debt raise is a CFO who spent six months not running the business. One of those things cannot be outsourced. The other can
A process that drifts costs money. A process that closes on time, in the right window, on the terms agreed, is our only focus.
